Production of fuel briquette from solid waste biomass using natural resin as a binder

Background: This research aimed to evaluate the use of natural resin as a binder for production fuel briquette from solid waste biomass. Methods: Proximate analyses were made prepared biomass using in comparison with starch binder. Results: The results density, percent content moisture, volatile matter, ash, fixed carbon, and caloric value obtained 158.23 kg/m3 , 18.25%, 65.99%, 4.78%, 10.98%, 18.65 MJ/kg, respectively. Besides binder-used was characterized its porosity weight index, shatter resistance, moisture content, ash carbon values 751.05 13%, 40%, 4%, 12%, 1%, 30%, 27.05 In same way, porosity, 760 10%, 42%, 11%, 2%, 31%, 28.09 Conclusion: According study, it can be concluded that all properties indicate almost comparative
